Twin County Recovery Services, Inc. provides substance abuse and alcohol treatment services.
Twin County operates an outpatient clinic in Greene County, a community residence, community and school prevention programs, and the NYS Drinking Driver Program.
The outpatient clinic provides counseling to about 300 people per year.
